How to book ?
Ready for some great kitesurfing sessions? There are 3 steps to booking:
- Choose the option that suits you best below
- Complete the attached pre-registration form. It will give you all the information you need. It will also allow you to provide us with details of your project so that we can give you a more precise answer.
- You will then receive an email confirming your pre-registration and enabling you to confirm your booking. If necessary, we will contact you to discuss your project.

Which formula for which level ?
Whatever your level, all the formulas below are suitable:
- Complete beginner: You have no experience of kitesurfing
- Advanced(1): You’ve already kitesurfed, but would like coaching or to improve your technique.
- Advanced(1): You have mastered the basics of kitesurfing and would like to continue to progress through coaching sessions (e.g. jumping).

Is it possible to adapt these formulas?
Toutes ces formules sont personnalisables. Vous pouvez par exemple demander :
- A greater number of sessions than that offered to benefit from a sliding scale of charges
- Sessions in private lessons, duo lessons or groups of 4
- Introductory lessons in kitefoil, wingfoil, surf kite, tiki, mountainboard / land kite
- and much more.
For this type of project, select “Customised training” in the pre-registration form. We will then contact you to determine the most suitable formula and provide you with the corresponding price.
How many students?
What is an individualised course?
The quality, ease and safety of learning to kitesurf depend largely on the proximity and availability of your instructor during the lessons.
4 students is a lot. 5 is too many.
That’s why one of AvelWest’s fundamental strengths is to limit lessons to a maximum of 2 or 3 students.
This allows us to adapt and individualise the training to the needs, profile and pace of each student.

For a 3-hour lesson, depending on the number of students, how much time will your instructor be able to give you for personal supervision and support?
3 hours / 3 students = 1 hour
3 hours / 4 students = 45 minutes
3 hours / 5 students = 35 minutes

(1) High Season corresponds to school holiday periods and bank holiday bridges. The low season is the rest of the year.
(2) We strongly recommend this indoor course for students wishing to become independent, i.e. to sail without supervision. More details on the course content.
How do I pay ?
Depending on the package you choose, you will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking in order to validate it. The balance is then paid at the end of the first session, by mobile app or in cash. Sorry, we don’t yet have a credit card terminal in the Kitemobile.
If the wind conditions only allowed us to do part of the course, the price will be revised on a pro-rata basis. Similarly, if the course has not been completed in full by the end of your availability period, the sessions not completed will be refunded or postponed, as you wish.
What reimbursement is available in the event of unforeseen circumstances?
If you have paid a deposit when booking your course, the refund policy in the event of cancellation is as follows:
- Cancellation at the student’s request :
- Cancellation between the booking date and 7 days before the start of the course: refund of deposit less €25
- Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the course: refund of deposit less €50
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the course: no refund of deposit possible
- Cancellation by the school due to unfavourable weather conditions, technical problems or other reasons: at the student’s discretion, postponement of the course or full refund of any sessions not taken.
